    great amenities but room comfort needs attention

    The location offered a beautiful beach. The live music during dinner added a lovely ambiance, and the nightly fire dancers were nice! The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options that suited my family's tastes well.

    The Beautiful Twin Room could benefit from better air conditioning. It didn't cool the room adequately.

    Had modern twin room with nice design, a meh view, for example. A refrigerator and a microwave were available in the kitchen. The breakfast was particularly good and the best, the check in was early. The hotel had particularly good and beautiful location close to the beach and other areas, the restaurant as part of the buffet set price, and the sea.

    Security issues due to faulty room keys!!! Noise from late-night entertainment made it hard to sleep!!! Poor ventilation in the room made it uncomfortable!!! A long distance from attractions was inconvenient!!!

    A twin room was unique and well-equipped for an additional towels. For our new year the location was ideal and nice, really close to key tourist spots in the Philippines and city centre and the beach. Furthermore, in the ocean due to jelly fish season.

    Staying here was pretty good for a little getaway. The spacious superior double room offered really good views of the beach, and the staff's hospitality was amazing. The buffet had a wide variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed.

    Astoria palawan is perfect for families! The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, and my daughter loved the free waterpark pass. The staff kept everything clean, and our two-bedroom villa was spacious for our family. I appreciated how they sanitize the resort areas regularly.

    This was just a top selection for a couple of nights in Puerto Princesa with excellent value for money. The staff were helpful when we had an issue with our airport pick-up, and the manager was really sweet. Bring your own snacks since options can be limited on-site.
